2023 Type A Election Notice - West Bend Joint School District #1

An election is to be held in the School District of West Bend, on Tuesday April 4, 2023. The following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed.

The term of office for school board members is three years beginning on Monday, April 24, 2023. A description of the school district boundaries can be obtained from the school district office.

The deadline for Incumbents to File a Notice of Noncandidacy is December 23, 2022 by 5:00 p.m.

A Campaign Registration Statement and a Declaration of Candidacy must be filed no later than 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, in the office of the school district clerk at the Education Service Center located at 735 S. Main Street, West Bend, WI 53095.

Complete and Submit a Campaign Registration Statement form to the filing officer at the District Office prior to raising or spending any funds, and no later that 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, or the candidate's name will not be placed on the ballot. Complete and submit a Declaration of Candidacy to the filing officer at the District Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday January 3, 2023 or the candidate's name will not be placed on the ballot.
