Making school facilities available for public use and encouraging the use of school buildings and grounds by the community for educational, recreational, civic, and cultural activities aligns with the District’s intent to first serve the youth of our community.
When available outside of their primary role as institutions for instruction and benefit of district students, school facilities may be available for public use.
Please review the Use of Facilities Policy prior to making a facility rental request, as eligible groups as defined in the policy shall refer exclusively to organized groups which, by their nature, are recognized and have organizational by‐laws. Use of facilities by individuals or small ad hoc groups of individuals is not permitted.
*Please note, requests should be submitted at least 1 week in advance of the date of your event. Requests submitted within one week of your event may not have time to be processed, staffing scheduled, etc.
