Near Site Wellness Clinic
All employees of the West Bend School District who normally work at least 20 hours per week and their dependents over the age of two, who are enrolled in the District health plan, have access to our near site wellness clinic, located inside the Froedtert West Bend Health Center on 1700 W. Paradise Drive, West Bend, WI 53095. The services at the wellness center are free of charge include the following:

Employees of the West Bend School District and their spouses who are enrolled in the district health plan can earn incentives towards the cost of their healthcare by completing an annual health risk assessment. The health risk assessment consists of the following:

Making the right food choices is key to the prevention and survival of chronic diseases and health conditions, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. The District is committed to promoting health eating habits by offering periodic diet & nutrition publications and educational sessions open to staff and their families.

The West Bend School District wants to support our staff in doing this.
