Why Do You Need Them?

How to Request a Letter

1. Pick up a Letter of Recommendation Request Form  (print online or grab one from the Career Readiness Center).

2. Fill it out with your information.

3. Give it to your teacher, counselor, coach, or employer at least 2–3 weeks before the deadline.
