Congratulations! This fall you will all become a member of the Class of 2019. As an incoming ninth grader you, as well as your parents, and the team of teachers and administrators of West Bend West High School, have a mutual obligation to prepare the members of the Class of 2019 for college readiness and career success. In order to get us all off to a great start we have a couple of interactive and informative events planned for you.

Starting August 3, 2015, registration for the 2015-16 school year will be completed through Skyward Family Access. Log on to Skyward Family Access and follow the steps to complete the following information: family/student demographic, emergency plan, annual health history, Technology Acceptable Use Policy. Instructional fees may be also be paid online using E-Funds, dropped off at school, or mailed.

Students, you are cordially invited to attend a 9TH GRADE ORIENTATION & WELCOME FAIR on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. This orientation will be held in the West Bend High School Fieldhouse and other various locations throughout the high school.

At this orientation, incoming freshmen will be introduced to a team of teachers, administrators and upperclassmen who will guide you through the expectations and opportunities that your high school experience can provide. Much of this time will be spent in small groups with upperclassmen leading fun and engaging activities designed to answer your questions and ease your transition into the high school setting. During this orientation, all incoming freshmen will receive their school ID’s, class schedule, locker assignment and tour the school. Freshmen will also have an opportunity to address any other questions or concerns they may have with the upperclassmen, teachers, and administrators.

Parent(s)/guardian(s), you are invited to join your student after orientation in the high school cafeterias and the south gym from 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. to pay all fees, complete other registration documents, and attend a co-curricular fair and ice cream social to celebrate the Class of 2019.
