What We're About

The Silverbrook Intermediate School Viking Parent Group is a nonprofit organization whose membership includes, but is not limited to, all parents, legal guardians, and staff at Silverbrook Intermediate School.

MISSION: The Silverbrook PTO's mission is to promote and encourage communication between parents, teachers, staff and the community with the purpose of supporting Silverbrook students academically and socially.

Coca-Cola Give program: If you drink coke products, you can help! To participate, sign up at http://www.coke.com/give and select Silverbrook Intermediate as your school. You can enter the codes found inside bottle caps or cardboard packages yourself, or feel free to send the codes to school with your child and volunteers will enter them.

Families of Amazon Smile: Please help PTO out by changing your charity to Silverbrook PTO. Your purchases can help us out in supporting our students in many ways.

BOX TOPS: No more clipping. No more sending Box Tops to school. All you need is your phone. Download the ALL-NEW Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then simply scan your store receipts to find participating products. The app will automatically credit your school's Box Tops earnings online.You can still clip them and send them to school.

Interested in Volunteering?

If you are interested in volunteering, it is never too late.

Use the link at the bottom to register. In the search option, type Volunteer form and scroll down the page to access the Volunteer Application and Code of Conduct. Please fill out the paperwork and submit it to the district office. Then follow up with the Silverbrook PTO (contact information listed on the right) to make sure you are added to our list once you receive your approval letter from the district.

We will be looking for volunteers to sign up to assist the teachers through a new Workshop program. We will be looking for 4-8 district approved volunteers to assist teachers either weekly or biweekly (whatever fits your schedule) to come in and handle some clerical work for the teachers. We are still working on dates and times, if you are interested, please contact us.
