A request for transcripts needs to be submitted through Parchment. 

 

 

Click on the Parchment icon to request transcripts. Transcripts cost is free for current students. There is a cost for students after graduation. 

West Bend High Schools have partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. This link above will open a new browser.

1. Click Create Account or Sign In

2. Choose Learners or Parents

3. Enter your Information (make sure to use your personal email address-not your school email address)

4. Click on the blue + sign, search for your high school, and click "Add"

5. Make sure you check the box that says "I waive my right" or transcripts will not be able to be sent

6. Click Orders and then Transcripts

7. Add all Colleges/Universities that you would like transcripts to be sent to

8. Click save and continue

9. Electronically sign 

*Please note that ACT/SAT scores will not be sent with transcripts. Requests for ACT/SAT scores will need to be completed directly through the testing company website.
