A request for transcripts needs to be submitted through Parchment. 

 

Click on the Parchment icon to request transcripts. Transcripts cost is free for current students. There is a cost for students after graduation. 


 Requesting Your Transcript via Parchment

West Bend High School has partnered with Parchment to securely order and send transcripts and other credentials. Current students can request transcripts for free; graduates may have a fee.


Steps to Request Your Transcript:

  1. Go to Parchment and click the icon to open a new browser window.

  2. Click Create Account or Sign In.

  3. Choose Learner or Parent.

  4. Enter your personal information (use a personal email, not your school email).

  5. Click the blue + sign, search for your high school, and click Add.

  6. Check the box “I waive my right” (required to send transcripts).

  7. Click Orders → Transcripts.

  8. Add all colleges/universities you want your transcript sent to.

  9. Click Save and Continue.

  10. Electronically sign the request.


⚠️ Important: ACT/SAT scores are not included with transcripts. Requests for these scores must be submitted directly through the testing company’s website.
