GEDOII is a program of the West Bend School District for East and West high school students who are 17 years old, in their senior year, and at least three credits behind their graduating class. This program is designed for students who are not successful in the traditional high school setting and have the ability to work independently.
Our Mission:
The mission of GEDOII is to create a community of empowered learners in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. Every student will be inspired and challenged to learn, grow and accomplish academic, social and vocational goals.
We believe in the core values of respect, commitment, integrity, perseverance and being a productive citizen.
We create a climate that assures student involvement in their learning by using effective instructional strategies and meaningful curriculum. We set high expectations for every student where they are challenged with educational opportunities.
Among our goals is the personal development of each student -which includes self-esteem, values, and character. If a student chooses to graduate from GEDOII, it is our intent to graduate positive, confident, cooperative, able, active and contributing members of our community.
