4th Grade Demonstration Concert

Friday, February 2, 9:30-10:45 at West Bend High School, Silver Linings Auditorium.  Students will be transported by bus from the elementary schools.

4th Grade Parent Q&A

Also in May, you are invited to one of two parent presentations where Silverbrook staff will cover topics including student schedules, registration, and opportunities for your student. This will include a Q & A session and tour the building. Those dates are May 8th, 8:30am-9:30am and May 13th, 4:30-5:30pm. All sessions will be held in the cafeteria. The entire session should last about an hour, including tour time. One of the sessions will be filmed and a link will be placed on the Silverbrook webpage.

5th Grade Course Selection 

Course Selection will be open Friday, February 2nd through Friday, February 9th. Please click on the link to register for Silverbrook's 5th Grade Course selection 

Silverbrook Locks ( like combination locks) will be distributed after transition days.  One set of locks will be given to students.  If locks are lost and need to be replaced, student will be charged $13.00 for replacement.

 

Sounds Fun!

Our Sounds Fun! Event is scheduled for February 6 and 7th from 4:00-8:00pm. Attendance is highly suggested to help your student make their music selection. Only one night needs to be attended.

4th Grade Transition Days 

Later in May, your student will come with their 4th grade class to Silverbrook and buddy with a 5th grade house. Your student will participate in a scavenger hunt, watch a presentation to learn about KEYs, intramurals, our Viking Pride program and clubs, have a snack in our cafeteria and recess on our playground. The dates they’ll be visiting are:

  • Friday, May 17 - Jackson
  • Monday, May 20 -  McLane
  • Tuesday, May 21 - Decorah
  • Wednesday, May 22 - Green Tree
  • Thursday, May 23 - Fair Park

School Owned Instrument Rental

Please note that only families who qualify for FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH may rent a school owned instrument. If you do not qualify for free or reduced lunch, you will be expected to provide an instrument for your child. Here is a link to Silverbrook's School Owned Instrument request form

2024 Band and Orchestra Camp

Band and Orchestra Camp will take place at Silverbrook the week of August 5th - August 9th. Students are expected to attend one of two offered sessions. Bussing will NOT be available to transport students, so please plan accordingly. Families will register students for Band and Orchestra camp within the course selection form.
