One of the things that really make West Bend East and West graduating seniors happy are receiving Grad Grams! Grad Grams are a personalized way to inspire, congratulate, and celebrate our graduates. Each Grad Gram is like a greeting card that includes a personal message to the graduate. The West Bend High Schools Compass Team and volunteers collect, assemble into booklets, and present the "grams" to each graduating senior. The Grad Grams are free and can be completed using forms or an online form (see link below).

HOW MUCH DOES A GRAD GRAM COST?

They are all free!

WHERE CAN YOU GET GRAD GRAMS ?

1) The Education Service Center (ESC), 735 S. Main Street, West Bend

2) High school bookkeeper

3) Fill one out electronically by using this form (it is good for both East and West grads)

4) Download one here to personalize and complete yourself and turn in to any school.

WHEN ARE THE COMPLETED GRAD GRAMS DUE? 

The completed forms must be dropped off or mailed in to any WBSD school office by May 22. If using the online form, just complete the form by May 24. Late submissions will NOT be included.
 

WHO SHOULD GIVE GRAD GRAMS?

We encourage everyone to pick up and complete Grad Grams early to mail them in time to meet the deadline of May 24!

WHEN DO THE GRADUATES RECEIVE THEIR GRAD GRAMS? 

Grad Gram booklets are given to each and every graduating senior at the end of the graduation ceremony.
