The West Bend School District has partnered with two premier industry leaders, EUA and Findorff, to complete a facilities assessment. This strategic partnership brings together their many years of expertise in educational design and construction, ensuring that our plans align with our vision statement.

Architects and Engineers
In June 2023, after a competitive process, EUA was selected to complete the facilities assessment and work closely with the district and its stakeholders to develop a long-range facilities plan.

Since summer 2023, EUA’s architects and engineers have been objectively assessing the conditions inside and outside our facilities, i.e. the plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other critical systems. In fall 2023, EUA assessed the capacity and utilization of our schools and their current sites, including evaluating how effectively our educational environments support our current and future educational, co-curricular, and athletic programs.

Construction Manager
Findorff was chosen after a competitive request for proposal and interview process. The construction manager supports the district’s comprehensive facilities planning initiative by providing industry expertise on preliminary cost estimates, constructability, and value engineering opportunities for solutions presented by the architectural firm. It also provides phasing schedules if a construction project was approved and communication/collaboration support with all stakeholders of the community.
