Meetings and Documents: Where to Find

The West Bend School Board generally meets twice a month on Monday evenings at 5:30 p.m. These meetings are open to the public and take place at the Education Service Center (ESC), 735 S. Main Street, West Bend.

Board meetings calendar: A list of all the 2022-2023 meetings is on the menu on the left of this page.

Agenda: The agenda for each meeting is posted the Friday before the meeting on this page. A copy of the agenda is also posted in the main lobby of the ESC and at the West Bend Community Memorial Library.

Meeting documents: If you are interested in knowing more about each board meeting, review this tutorial on how to access the detailed agenda with links to the supporting documents.

Livestream: Each board meeting is live streamed by West Bend Community TV on its YouTube channel. (West Bend Community TV YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=west+bend+community+tv.) The school district posts on its website the direct link to the meeting if it is available prior to the meeting. If not, viewers can search the West Bend Community TV YouTube channel for the meeting or the link is updated after the meeting is complete.


An elected school board consisting of seven members governs the district. The term of office for board members is three years. The general election for board members is in the spring (April). There are no applicable term limits. Board members, by state law, must reside within the school district boundaries.

School Board Meetings
Board Meetings
The school board and district administration recognize and value the importance of district resident input in meetings of the board. The public is invited to attend any and all open board sessions. All board meetings must comply with legal requirements and follow the Procedures for Public Participation as outlined in Board Policy 187. 
 
Unless otherwise noted, board meetings are held in the Board Room at the Education Service Center, 735 S. Main Street, West Bend at begin at 5:30 p.m.
