SNEAK PEEP!
Kindergarten students at all WBSD elementary schools showed imPECKable patience over the past 21 days, as they waited for the birthdays of over 100 chicks to arrive.  As part of the Animals Two by Two FOSS Science curriculum, kindergarteners watched the incubating chicks develop inside the egg in their classroom.

The Animals Two by Two curriculum provides students with an up close and personal study of  how animals interact with each other, animal structure and behavior, environmental conditions and what animals need to survive. Students observed and cared for several other land and water animals including: goldfish, land and water snails, red worms and night crawlers, pill bugs and sow bugs.
